Open Position:  Implementation Specialist

Purpose:  This role will help onboard new clients and existing client projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Works closely with all new clients to hand-hold them through all phases of implementation. 

• Coordinates all activities of the project team and ensures that project tasks are completed by:

  • facilitating project-related team meetings

  • delivering status reports to the project team, client and management. 

• Ensures that projects meet or exceed internal team and client expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget. 

• Works well independently and follows standard policies and procedures; recommends improvements as appropriate. 

• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once. 
  

Preferred Knowledge & Competencies:

• Competent knowledge of one or more of the following: 

  • email development 

  • web technologies 

  • media and advertising projects 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

• Positive, team-player attitude.
  

Working Conditions:

This is a fully remote , contract position reporting to the Tech Support and Implementation Lead.
